I confess to not feel at all frightened of Gianfranco Fini in the American version as Speaker of the House, as I do not feel at all apprehensive of Silvio Berlusconi in the White House style.
E 'can not be denied, Silvio Berlusconi has been able to innovate Italian politics more than a shared and comprehensive constitutional reform. The advent of the Knight, in fact, has uprooted old and pompous conventions and constitutional and institutional practices that only a revolution could have done.
A revolution based on the concept of do (and decide) combined with a modern conception of freedom imported from the business and the market.
A Revolution "liberal" who looked to the United States of America as a land of freedom and land of opportunity.
E 'undoubted fact that a creature like Berlusconi Forza Italy, buckled in its organization and its external manifestations of a certain American taste. How can we not remember the "day" or blue convention.
Silvio Berlusconi, in fact, has been able to innovate the figure of the Prime Minister as no one before him. To deny this would be especially illogical and irresponsible.
was only a matter of time that the remaining institutional positions would suffer similar treatment. Taking
by the current Presidency of the Senate, this "facelift" of the role of U.S. Speaker of the House, proposed by Fini, was the natural order of things.
Since the election of Pier Ferdinando Casini Fausto Bertinotti to the last term, has undoubtedly changed the DNA of the presidency of the House itself.
was, in fact, obvious that the elections of political leaders accentuate the power of the external intervention and the very institution he had used.
Everything, then, has happened and still happens in the Chamber of Deputies, in fact the real room politics of this country.
is not a coincidence that all political leaders will be members and that all proposals for constitutional reform aimed at overcoming the bipolarity of leaving the power to give and take confidence from the government.
As expected, in fact, that the Speaker of the House "politica", leader politico anche egli, non intervenga sugli argomenti di attualità, trincerandosi dietro un triste e plumbeo riserbo istituzionale del "primus inter pares".
